Oil & Gas Services, Inc. (“OGSI”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lancaster Flow Products of Houston, Texas. OGSI is wholly owned by CGF Industries, Inc. of Wichita, Kansas.
The acquired company will trade as Lancaster Flow Automation, LLC and relocate its shop and offices to OGSI’s Gold Star Equipment facility in Northwest Houston.
Lancaster produces a line of proprietary high tech choke products used in drilling, wellhead and field automation applications. We are pleased to welcome Robert (Bob) Lancaster to the OGSI team as our Energy Group’s Vice President of Engineering. He will continue to be based in Houston and lead the group’s design / R&D activities.
Oil and Gas Services, Inc. (OGSI) is the platform holding Company for CGF’s Energy group. The focus of this group is to invest in companies that design, manufacture and or distribute products for a broad range of applications in the upstream Oil and Gas Service sector. OGSI supports OEM's, contractors and Oil and Gas Companies in both Drilling and Production applications worldwide.
